Sigma Bravo was born in 1999 out of an industry need to provide economical professional services in a multitude of project disciplines. The Company seeks to expand its current foothold in industry by challenging the industry norm. This means providing good people, with the required skill sets, at competitive prices.
Our people are highly skilled with a broad range of training and experience.
Our principal personnel have greater than 20 years of Defence experience, including employment in Operational Units, Design Organisations and Major Defence Procurement Projects. Through this, we have developed extensive knowledge and experience in Defence procurement processes, systems engineering and logistics. These skills are essential across industry.
Sigma Bravo’s functional expertise encompasses the wide variety of technical and programmatic skills needed to support material acquisition and business reform. Our expertise includes project management, engineering, business analysis and process re-engineering, logistics, and operational analysis.
Within the materiel acquisition field, our staff provide the full spectrum of life-cycle system support expertise required to develop, acquire, field, employ and maintain the complex weapon systems used in today’s military operations. We have an excellent reputation with our clients as evidenced by our achievements and numerous repeat contracts.
Through our management consulting services, our talented staff provide a wide range of business services ranging from SAP implementations to process mapping and business re-engineering. Our personnel routinely work with organisations to incorporate business initiatives and government mandated legislation.
Sigma Bravo’s collective experience and achievements are recognised through a number of government service support panels, including the Defence Material Organisation Support Services (DMOSS) Panel. Through these panels, we have agreed contractual terms and conditions that reduce the burden of initiating support activities.
